SUMMER SHRED PROGRAM
READY TO GET IN GREAT SHAPE THIS SUMMER?!
Whether your goal is that “beach body” or you just want to feel better and have more confidence, CrossFit Alacrity has the perfect program for you!
Our 6-Week Summer Shred program combines high-rep training with cardio conditioning circuits to shred stubborn areas of fat on the body. At the end of our 6 weeks, we want you to feel that you have achieved your goals through weight loss and/or toning.
By participating in this program, you will see results! We also provide you with a 6-week nutrition guide that will help keep you motivated and on the right track.
Sessions are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:30pm.
