SWEAT
Our newest program, SWEAT is a fast-paced 30-min cardio program designed to get you the best workout in the least amount of time. With simple movements that will having you up and moving fast, this program is designed for all ability levels to get in, get a great workout, and get back to your busy life!

PERSONAL TRAINING
In addition to our regular CrossFit classes, we offer one-on-one personal training sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals. Need help through and injury, or want private lessons away from the bustle of group classes? Contact us to put together a personalized plan today.
 
CUSTOM CLASS PACK
Are you a frequent visitor or want to use CrossFit to complement your current workouts? Build your own class package! Requires completion of our Beginner's Program or CrossFit experience and purchase of multiple classes upfront.
$18/Class (1 month expiration)

*$49 Initiation fee for SWEAT membership, and $97 initiation fee for SWEAT+LIFT and CROSSFIT memberships cover required beginner’s program personal training session(s) for new members. Initiation fees can be waived with 3-month commitment (no contract after 3-month commitment), or for CrossFitters with at least 3 months experience who are transferring from another facility.
