You've heard of CrossFit, but maybe you're unsure what it is or are intimidated by it.  You've been working out on your own, but you're stuck in a rut and can't figure out how to overcome that plateau.  Maybe you've experienced it before, but you feel like you're being left to figure things out on your own in 30-person classes at your old box.  Wherever you are in your fitness journey, CrossFit Alacrity can help reinvigorate you to make fitness fun again.

Our philosophy is that fitness is a lifelong commitment that should be enjoyed.  If you're not enjoying your workouts because it's the same thing over and over with little or no progress, then you owe it to yourself to find something to change the routine.  To change yourself, first you must change your habits.

CrossFit Alacrity is that change you're looking for.  Different workouts every day mean no more plateaus and workout boredom.  Certified trainer-led classes mean that a first-time exerciser can be next to a professional athlete and both will get the coaching they need to do exercises safely and effectively.  Working out with other people means you have a community of like-minded individuals there to support you and cheer you on, even as they sweat along side you.  This will not be easy, but it will change you for the better.
